How it works
From sign-up to the first word
- You set up your workspaceYour logo, your colors, your administrators. Your learners only see your brand.
- You enroll your learnersOne by one, or automatically via the API. For each one: a volume of sessions (for example 10 × 10 minutes) and an access period.
- They practiseWhenever they like with the AI tutor, or during the slots you offer with a trainer. One 10-minute session = 1 credit, in audio as well as with the avatar.
- You trackScores, five skills, estimated European level, trainer reports: in your dashboard, and in your platform via the API.

Price per hour depending on the volume purchased: €13.90 from 10 h (60 credits) · €12.90 from 50 h (300 credits) · €11.90 from 100 h (600 credits). Credits never expire. A session is only deducted once it has ended; for a video call, based on measured attendance and your policy for absences. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything happens in the browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. A connection test and a fact sheet for your IT department are provided.
What does the learner see?
A workspace with your colors and your logo: their sessions, their detailed assessment (score, five skills, estimated European level, tips), their progress and their appointments.
How do I grant sessions?
For each learner, you set a volume (for example 10 sessions of 10 minutes) and an access period. They can request more from their workspace; you approve with one click or via the API.
Can Conversa be connected to our platform?
Yes: an API creates learners, opens an access link for them, retrieves sessions, assessments and reports, and notifies you of every event. Your trainers can also be managed from your platform.
What if the video doesn't work for the learner?
The session switches to audio, with the same conversation and the same assessment: the learner doesn't lose their session.
Is there a commitment?
No. The subscription is monthly and can be cancelled at any time; purchased credits never expire.
